Balloon Release on Theresa's Birthday

September 9th will be Theresa's birthday. She would be turning 42.

It was reported in the media that her sisters are planning on releasing balloons in honor of Theresa on her birthday. On the online blog about Theresa, we have decided to join the family and ask everyone that can to join us. We think it would be a great idea if everyone who cares about Theresa would release their own balloons in her honor. You can do it on your own at home or you can get a group together such as a church, a club, or just a group of friends. You can choose to release 1 balloon, 42 balloons because she would be turning 42, or any other number of balloons....any number would be great. We are planning on putting a flyer on the ribbon that says something like: Happy Birthday Theresa. Missing since March 21, 2007. You don't have to do anything specific but some people have said that purple would be good because this is the color for domestic violence awareness. A lot of people are planning on doing this around 7 pm, but if that isn't a good time you could do it any time that day that is convenient. This would be a great way to show that we haven't forgotten Theresa and a way to get her name out there to others. I hope as many people as possible will participate and please - when you send up your balloons, also send up prayers.
