Hi blog friends. I haven't written about Theresa in awhile but believe me, it's not because we've forgotten her. Basically, there just hasn't been a lot of news......until now! They have arrested Sam Parker for murder of his wife, Theresa. I have so many mixed emotions swirling around that I can't even imagine what her family must be going through. When I first read the headline, I was soooo happy, so relieved that Parker was going to finally be held accountable and that he wouldn't continue to walk around free. Then, within seconds, that smile turned to tears - tears for Theresa, a life cut short way too soon, and tears for her family and friends who loved her and miss her so much and who have been in agony for almost a year now just wanting to know where she is. I pray to God that this brings a little comfort to them, just knowing that he is going to have to face what he has done. At the same time, I also pray for Sam's family, for the pain he is causing them. Too many times, we don't realize how what we do affects the ones we're closest to and we hurt the ones we love the most. I also continue to pray that Theresa is found soon and brought home to be laid to rest in peace. I know wherever she is that God has her and is taking care of her.
